Choose E-commerce Care

Prices are in USD, per website, per month. Included work hours are the total allowance for each plan and do not roll over. Additional work requires approval at $30/hour. Hosting, domains, premium licenses and app subscriptions are separate. New features, redesigns, copywriting, order processing, customer service and recovery from pre-existing malware are quoted separately. Shopify platform updates and platform-level backups follow Shopify capabilities; backup tools are agreed during onboarding. Response within 2 business days for Maintenance and 1 business day for Management and E-commerce Care; resolution depends on the issue.
