When you request a strategy call, we collect your name, email address, company name, team size and the message you provide. You may also choose to share your website and preferred timeline.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs, arrange a conversation and discuss relevant services. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Delivery and security

Inquiries are delivered to our business mailbox through our email hosting provider. The website uses an essential session cookie to protect the form and confirm a successful submission. It also uses short-lived, pseudonymous request counters to limit automated abuse. Those counters do not contain your message or a readable copy of your IP address.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. The website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts.

Booking links

If you choose to use an external appointment-booking page linked from this website, information you enter on that page is handled by the booking provider under its own privacy terms. Review those terms before submitting information there.

Retention

Routine inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless an ongoing conversation, working relationship or applicable obligation requires them to be kept longer. Essential form sessions end when they expire or your browser removes them. Expired abuse-prevention counters are periodically removed.
