At Odies Digital LLC, we provide custom digital services including website development, digital marketing, branding, and consulting. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are subject to the following terms.

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The deposit confirms your project slot and covers initial planning and resource allocation.

Once work has commenced, refunds are not available for completed or partially completed services. If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus administrative or transaction fees.

Revisions are included as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the agreed terms may incur additional fees.
