Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, themes, stock images, fonts, or licensed materials which remain subject to their respective licenses.
Odies Digital LLC reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odies Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odies Digital LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.
